If you were granted a subsidy you are entitled to reduced fees at the Sprachenzentrum (language center) of HU.The reduction is given in the form of a (partial) reimbursement of fees paid in the respective semester. E.g. if you were granted a subsidy for summer semester, you can ask for a reimbursement for classes you attended in summer semester. Generally fees of up to 40€ can be reimbursed.

Please send an informal application to the language center containing the following:

• Confirmation of your subsidy (found at the bottom of your notification letter)
• Classes you want to be reimbursed for (class name and number)
• Your address
• Bank account information

You can send the application to the respective office for the language you studied.
