Wichtige Informationen und Neuerungen zum Deutschlandsemesterticket im SoSe 2025

Auch im kommenden Semester könnt ihr das Deutschlandsemesterticket nutzen. Die Gebühren für das Ticket waren wie immer bereits in euren Rückmeldegebühren enthalten. Ein paar Neuerungen gibt es allerdings dennoch.
Zukünftig wird das Ticket ausschließlich über die S-Bahn-Berlin App und nicht mehr über RIDE-Ticketing abrufbar sein!
Es folgt eine Kurzanleitung, eine ausführliche Anleitung, Schritt-für-Schritt mit Bildern, findet ihr hier .
Hinweis: Die S-Bahn arbeitet noch an der Vereinfachung des Registrierungsverfahrens in der App. Deswegen wird empfohlen, sich zunächst nur auf der Webseite zu registrieren und erst später die App herunterzuladen und sich dort anzumelden (Schritte 2 und 3). Weitere Infos dazu folgen!
Kurzanleitung:
1. Geht auf https://www.abo-antrag.de/Studium
-> Wählt die Humboldt-Universität als Hochschule aus
-> Gebt eure Hochschul-Zugangsdaten ein
-> Bestätigt die Tarifoptionen und die rechtlichen Bedingungen, überprüft eure Angaben und schließt die Bearbeitung ab.
Ihr erhaltet eine Bestätigung per Mail.
2. Ladet euch die S-Bahn Berlin App herunter.

3. Geht auf "Mein Abo" und registriert euch mit folgenden Angaben
- Anrede, Vorname, Nachname, Geburtsdatum, HU-E-Mail (vorname.nachname@student.hu-berlin.de)
- Wählt ein Passwort
Weitere Angaben sind nicht erforderlich. Ihr erhaltet eine E-Mail, in der ihr eure Anmeldung bestätigen müsst.
Das Ticket wird erst kurz vor Semesterstart in der App abrufbar sein. Ihr könnt euch schon vorher anmelden.
Wenn ihr kein Smartphone habt und das Semesterticket deshalb nicht nutzen könnt, meldet euch bitte zeitnah bei uns unter folgender Mail: oeffref@refrat.hu-berlin.de.
Falls ihr gerade finanzielle Schwierigkeiten habt, könnt ihr bei unserem Semesterticketbüro einen Antrag auf Zuschuss zum Semesterticket stellen. Die Frist dafür wurde bis zum 31.03.2025 verlängert. Jeder Antrag wird individuell geprüft, selbst wenn ihr euch unsicher seid, ob ihr berechtigt seid, einen Zuschuss zu erhalten, lohnt es sich also auf jeden Fall einen Antrag zu stellen! Das Semesterticket wird bei Berechtigung entweder anteilig bezuschusst, oder euch sogar komplett zurückerstattet. Die Anträge werden im Laufe des SoSe 2025 geprüft und der Zuschuss gegen Ende des SoSe 2025 ausgezahlt. Important information and new features of the Deutschlandsemesterticket for the summer semester 2025
Dear students,
you can continue using the Deutschlandsemesterticket in the coming semester. As always, the fees for the ticket were already included in your re-registration fees. However, there are a few changes.
In future, the ticket will only be available via the S-Bahn-Berlin app and no longer via RIDE-Ticketing!
Here is a quick guide, a detailed step-by-step guide with pictures can be found here.
Note: The S-Bahn is still working on simplifying the registration process in the app. It is therefore recommended that you first register on the website and only download the app and log in there later (steps 2 and 3). More information will follow!
Quick guide:
1. Go to https://www.abo-antrag.de/Studium
-> Select Humboldt-Universität as your university
-> Enter your university access data
-> Confirm the tariff options and legal conditions, check your details and complete the process
2. Download the S-Bahn Berlin app.

3. Go to ‘My subscription’ and register with the following details
- Salutation, First name, Surname, Date of birth, HU e-mail (first name.last name@student.hu-berlin.de)
- Choose a password, no further details are required
You will receive an e-mail in which you have to confirm your registration.
The ticket will be available in the app shortly before the semester starts. You can register in advance.
If you do not have a smartphone and therefore cannot use the semester ticket, please contact us promptly at the following email address: oeffref@refrat.hu-berlin.de.
If you are currently facing financial difficulties, you can apply for a subsidy for the semester ticket at our semester ticket office. The deadline has been extended til teh 31st of March. Each application is checked individually, so even if you are unsure whether you are entitled to a subsidy, it is definitely worth submitting an application! If you are eligible, the semester ticket will either be subsidised proportionately or even reimbursed in full. Applications will be reviewed during the 2025 summer semester and the subsidy will be paid out towards the end of the 2025 summer semester.
